Most of my time outside day-to-day delivery goes into making AI genuinely useful for building software: running models on my own hardware, wiring them into Laravel apps, and orchestrating many coding agents at once without losing track of the work.
Local models on my own GPU
Hand-picked models run locally through Ollama and LM Studio, so routine development and experimentation cost nothing per token.
AI built into Laravel apps
Using the Laravel AI SDK to build chatbots with distinct personalities, language-learning assistants, coding assistants, and personal development and assistant apps.
Multi-level AI workflows
Pipelines where one model's output feeds another for optimisation and verification, so results are checked before they reach me.

Staying close to the latest AI providers, with a focus on Claude models: custom skills, MCP servers, and complex agent workflows.
Life OS
A 3D world for running a team of agents
To handle many agents at once, I built Life OS: a first-person 3D world with an office where each pod of desks is assigned to a project. Every desk runs its own agent session in its own git worktree, so agents never trip over each other's changes. Outstanding work and progress are tracked on custom-built kanban boards inside the world, updating in real time.

How I work
